SCORVYN.™ operates on a made-to-order model. Each piece is individually produced after your order is placed. Nothing is mass-warehoused, nothing is overproduced, nothing ends up in landfills.

This means your piece takes time. That is intentional.

Each piece enters production within 24 hours of your order. Production typically takes 7 to 10 working days from order confirmation.

Once production is complete, your piece is shipped via tracked courier:

• —Within Malaysia: 3–5 working days
• —International: 7–14 working days

14 to 21 working days from the day you place your order.

You will receive email updates at each major stage: order received, production started, quality checked, and shipped with tracking.

Customs duties, taxes, and import fees are the responsibility of the recipient. SCORVYN.™ is not liable for any additional charges imposed by your local customs authority.

If your package is delayed beyond 21 working days, contact us at scorvynshop@gmail.com. We respond within 48 hours.

If your package arrives damaged or does not arrive at all, contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date.

Each piece is documented under the SCVN.™ Archive.

Each SCORVYN.™ piece is individually produced for the person who orders it. We hold no inventory and we do not overproduce, so a piece that comes back has nowhere to go — it cannot be restocked, resold, or made again once its chapter closes.

For that reason every order is final from the moment it is placed.

• —Orders cannot be cancelled once placed — production begins within 24 hours
• —Sizes cannot be swapped after the order is confirmed
• —Colourways and chapters cannot be changed after the order is confirmed
• —Change of mind is not grounds to unwind a completed order

Because nothing can be undone afterwards, please take a moment on each of these:

• —Check the size guide on the product page against a garment you already own
• —Read the colourway and chapter carefully — powder and ink read differently on screen
• —Confirm your delivery address in full, including postcode and country
• —Expect 14 to 21 working days, and order accordingly if it is meant as a gift

Each piece is cut, sewn and checked individually. Slight variation in print placement, colour tone and fabric texture is characteristic of that process rather than a fault, and no two pieces are identical.

Everything ships tracked. If your tracking stops moving, or the parcel is marked delivered and is not with you, write to scorvynshop@gmail.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date with your order reference and we will raise it with the courier.

Ask before you order, not after — we would rather spend an email getting the size right than have you hold a piece that does not fit. Write to scorvynshop@gmail.com and we respond within 48 hours.
